1. Pre-operation training
Operators need to receive complete and formal training and conscientiously complete safety technical briefings. They should read the operating manual in detail, understand the meaning of all signs on the vehicle, especially the warning signs, and master the performance and operation methods of the vehicle. Operators also need to understand five key knowledge points: the function of the operating handle, emergency measures, vehicle weight, platform load, and vehicle size.
2. Vehicle inspection and trial run
Before starting, the equipment should be fully inspected, including oil level, lubrication system, structural components, etc. During the trial run, check the accuracy of the movements of each part, the sensitivity of the braking system, and remove the air in the hydraulic system. Functional tests are also required to ensure that the alarm system, auxiliary power, etc. are functioning properly.
3. Safety preparation
Operators need to wear protective equipment such as safety belts and helmets, and refuse to allow people who do not wear protective equipment to board the vehicle. They also need to check the working environment, ensure that the ground is solid and level, and set safety warning signs and cordons.
4. Requirements during the operation
During the operation, the operator needs to close the safety door, fasten the seat belt, and maintain stable operation. During the lifting or retracting process, if you hear the tilt alarm, you should retract the boom immediately. When the vehicle is driving and lifting, it should maintain a safe distance from surrounding objects. When performing electric welding at high altitudes, insulation measures should be taken. If there is an equipment failure or emergency, the operation should be stopped immediately and corresponding measures should be taken.
5. Prohibited violations
Aerial work vehicles are strictly prohibited from being operated by people who are drunk, have acrophobia, and have not been trained. During the operation, it is strictly prohibited to make irrelevant behaviors such as making phone calls. At the same time, it is also strictly prohibited to overload, overload, and use the work platform for other irrelevant operations.
6. Requirements after the completion of the operation
After the operation is completed, the aerial work vehicle should be parked in the designated area, the power should be turned off and locked. At the same time, perform routine inspections and maintenance on the vehicle to ensure it is in good condition.
